• Responsible for the day to day operations of Office and Field Personnel.

• Responsible for management of financial aspects of the business including payroll, vendors, subcontractors, monthly union dues and purchasing.
• Evaluate and coordinate marketing ideas and efforts including new customer development, existing customer relations, grass roots efforts, regular power partner meetings, business expos, chamber of commerce mixers as well as social networking efforts.
• Project Management including value engineering, estimating, material procurement, permit acquisition, project schedule, project review with customers, team development including Architect and Engineer, daily project status updates, project logistic coordination, subcontractor coordination, cost reviews, man-hour tabulations and review.
• Excellent communication skills to develop and define project concept and specifications from ground-up with Architect, Engineer and Customer.
